My stay was a mix of beautiful facilities overshadowed by poor service and frustrating communication. The location itself is lovely, but I felt that the experience didn't quite match the luxurious atmosphere they aim for. While the rooms are nice and well-furnished, the dining experience left a lot to be desired. Overall, it feels like the hotel is struggling to balance its offerings with the number of guests it accommodates.
