My stay was a mix of beautiful facilities overshadowed by poor service and frustrating communication. The location itself is lovely, but I felt that the experience didn’t quite match the luxurious atmosphere they aim for. While the rooms are nice and well-furnished, the dining experience left a lot to be desired. Overall, it feels like the hotel is struggling to balance its offerings with the number of guests it accommodates.

I was really excited for my stay, but overall, it was disappointing. While the rooms were clean and spacious, issues with service and the noisy atmosphere seriously detracted from what should have been a relaxing getaway. The facilities, especially the spa, need major upgrades to match the advertised experience.

This resort has a great location with beautiful views, and the pool area is lovely despite showing some signs of wear. The service could be better as we faced issues with billing and reservations, leading to frustrations that took away from an otherwise enjoyable stay.
